By accessing the Arnex.ai website or interacting with our AI agent, Coachex.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service:

ArnexAI, LLC provides specialized AI-driven messaging automation. Coachex.ai is a purpose-built assistant designed to facilitate administrative tasks and engagement for professional coaches. Our AI is intended to support business operations and is not a "general-purpose" assistant.

3. Use of AI and WhatsApp:

• Meta Policies: Our Service operates via the WhatsApp Business API. Users must comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp’s Messaging Policies.

• Accuracy: While we strive for high performance, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should verify critical information.

• No Professional Advice: Coachex.ai provides administrative and informational support. It does not provide legal, medical, or professional therapy advice.

4. Prohibited Conduct:

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to generate prohibited content.

• Use the Service to distribute spam, scams, or malicious software.

• Use the AI to impersonate individuals or brands without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property:

All software, logos (including Arnex and Coachex), and AI logic are the exclusive property of ArnexAI, LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with the agent for its intended business purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability:

ArnexAI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the AI service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

7. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our AI agents at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or Meta’s policies.

8. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
